One of my phones won't show FaceTime

I Have the iPhone 6 , the iPhone 6S plus and an iPad 4 the iPhone 6 wont let FaceTime show as an option. How do I get my update to dial out successfully from it and connect and how can I get it to ring and not the iPhone 6s Plus. I feel totally outdated. Please help.
